Case Review Technology

Available to Concentra's affiliated physician reviewers is Advancer™, our company's proprietary, comprehensive medical claim management system. It supports medical and disability management professionals across multiple benefits systems, including physician review, auto managed care, workers' compensation, short- and long-term disability, absence management and group health.

This secure web-based system, which participating physicians enter using a username and password, is their direct data connection with Concentra's Physician Review program headquarters. In it, reviewers learn of new assignments, record medical notes, and record case status and closure information.

This powerful on-line quality monitoring and reporting tool offers the following benefits to Physician Reviewers:
